We were absolutely thrilled with the end product of our added sunroom. I cannot say enough nice things about Glen Salsman, his honesty, character, and the high quality of his work. Our satisfaction with his work and that of his crew were of utmost importance to him. He even upgraded the large windows he put in because he wasn't satisfied with the quality or size of those initially considered...and he did this at his own expense. Glen hides no expenses and gives a "turnkey" figure that is NEVER changed unless the customer asks for it, and then it is always given in writing. If ANYTHING was not done to our satisfaction, it was immediately addressed and totally redone if necessary. There was never an additional charge to us. Glen was always polite and professional with everyone and is one of the nicest people I have met. I would have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending him to anyone for any renovation project, that being his specialty. He recently put in a new sunroom for our neighbors and a new kitchen for another friend, both with our recommendations, and both families were thrilled with the end result. Unless there is a hold-up with materials, which is rare, there is someone on the job every day until it is finished. Glen Salsman is a man of integrity, cares deeply about delivering an excellent product to his clients, and has the skills and knowledge to do the job. I highly recommend him to anyone considering a renovation of any type. His estimate may run a little higher than someone else's, but you can be sure that there are no hidden costs and you will never be asked for money unexpectedly.
