Sunday, 2/14/2016, I was on my way to my daughter's and realized I had forgotten something. I had only driven by about 5 or 6 houses on my street so I started backing up to my driveway. The street curves a little and I was looking over my right shoulder and and swerved too far to the left and hit a neighbor's mail box. No real damage to the mail box, but it shattered the rear window of my vehicle. (Worst damage was to my pride). I called the insurance company and was transferred to a third service which deals with damage to glass. The agent got the information and transferred me to GlassPro which is a provider we had used before. I requested mobile service and the first appointment I was told would be Tuesday, which was acceptable as I had covered the rear window with heavy plastic. Monday morning, however, GlassPro called and said they could take care of it that day, but because it was raining it would have to be in the shop. I didn't want to drive without being able to see out the back window. So they came and picked up the car and returned it to me several hours later fully repaired. The employee was very professional and friendly. My insurance covered the whole expense so I cannot make an assessment regarding price. The only thing that could have been better is if I hadn't shattered the window to start with. Thank you GlassPro for providing the best customer service ever.

From the very beginning, this office was extremely polite and professional. The gals in the reception area are very easy to talk to and really know their jobs. the tech who did my windshield, ron, was extemely professional and made sure the PROPER glass was installed. The whole process took two (2) hours so be prepared to wait or leave your car. Don't worry though, there is a TV and lots of books and papers to keep you busy. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing to have your car windhield replaced..
