ENGLISH CUSTOM CLOSETS

The whole job was fantastic. Paul arrived on time, asked us about our needs, measured the closets, and gave us an estimate all at the same visit. He showed us alternative designs and made suggestions in an effort to save us money. The closets arrived quickly and installation was done in a timely manner. One of the parts of the MB closet hadn't arrived and so Paul brought over a portable hanger so that we could get our clothes off our bed - we did not ask for it - he just brought it over. He also saved us a ton of money for the work in our garage. We are not handy and so had to hire someone to hang shelving in the garage - Paul did just that. He measured, purchased and delivered shelving (at cost) and we were just charged labor (at a very reasonable rate). The whole job took 3 days.

My experience was excellent. They came when they were supposed to, they came back for the work when they were supposed to, they were very neat and clean, and they got the work done promptly. I was very pleased with everything about them.

We wanted to turn our "retreat" off of our master bedroom into a walk-in closet. While we wanted it to look like the more expensive and better known "California Closet" systems we didn't want to spend what they were asking, so we contacted English Custom Closets and spoke with Paul. He answered all of our questions, came out to our house, and together we drew up plans to accommodate all of our clothes and shoes. The room that we wanted turned into a closet had very challenging corners and ceiling dips which required extremely accurate measuring to ensure a proper fit. They were able to provide samples of the different finishes and wood colors/types for us to choose from (it was much easier to choose when you can see the sample in front of you). Once we had chosen the wood, Paul emailed us the drawing of what was going to go in the space along with the quote. The actual job only took one day, and came in right on what he quoted. He was very professional and friendly and was never afraid to ask what I prefered when there was a decision to be made (no matter how small) throughout the installation process. Even after he installed what we had asked, I wanted an additional top and bottom hanging bar. It wasn't a problem. He came back and measured and ordered what we wanted and installed it as soon as the supplies came in. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any other closets, garage, pantry etc...
