Great Service!

Eli did the landscaping on our new home. Sod in about 2/3 of back yard did not grow and the ground was not evened out before sod was placed. Sod was not placed tight and entire back yard is like roller coaster with bald spots throughout and ruts everywhere. The builder and I contact Eli to fix the back yard. I told him back yard is terrible and my husband has hard time even mowing it because ground is so uneven that the lawmower bounces when trying to cut it. He blamed us for the dead sod. After 3 weeks, he came without notice--did not even notify me he was there. I went out to water my flowers and noticed lumps in the back yard. It looks like he just threw the sod down. He cut little pieces and tried to fix parts of the lawn. It looks like a puzzle. Did not dig out the dirt to level it out--did not roll it. Looks worse than before. Very unprofessional. I notified the builder that the work was totally unsatisfactor and I want another company to fix the back yard. I wld not recommend this company.
