Description of Work: They installed a new HVAC UNIT and less than a month I had a problem where the defrost board had to be replaced. This really upset me because this was a brand new unit and I couldn't understand why I would be having a problem already but I was told by the technician things like this happen. But what bothered me the most is when the problem first occurred the lack unprofessionalism I received from the customer service representative Amanda, first she tried to tell me nothing was wrong and she raised her voice at me and then when she found out that their actually was a problem she never apologized. The owner had to step in and take care of everything which I must say he was very nice and professional and handled the problem. I must say the technician is very nice and a people person as well his name is Tony. I would not say not to use this company but I have to be honest being a first time homeowner and for this being the largest purchase for my home and going through this experience I have to say I have never felt comfortable that unit was working properly or continue to work like it should. I think they should have a customer service rep who knows how to deal with situations no matter bad or good because customer service means a lot to me it determines if I will buy or use a product or service. And word of advice please shop around because I found out I could have purchased a unit much cheaper but that was my fault.
