David Cordina - the owner- performed service- he made an appointment and called 5 minutes before the appointed time to tell me he was running 5 minutes late because of traffic. He arrived right on time- great communication !!! Very professional job- rewired the power- He mounted my TV over the mantle- put a new power box behind my TV- no exposed wires- installed surge protection for all components.He installed Blu ray player and my Sonos sound bar system. After installation he tested all components and showed me how to use them. We had several stipulations about how we wanted it done and he took the time to listen and install the entire system to our specifications. Best of all he pleased my wife!!!! I highly recommend him

Services were performed by the Owner of Diversified Concepts, LLC, David Cordina. Mr. Cordina had continual cell phone interruptions and did not have all of the necessary materials or tools to successfully complete the work when promised. The provider did place a tarp down prior to beginning the work, but he was not very careful and dropped a number of items during the work process. His work was sloppy and he provided no clean-up when the work was done. Homeowner had to constantly assist and oversee the work being performed. The original quote for the job was priced at $250, however, the final cost was presented at $435 and still, the entire Scope of Work was not complete. The final cost of $435 included a $60 gasoline charge, which is unacceptable as the provider was selected via Angie's List due to the close proximity to the service location...less than 10 miles! We reached out to Mr. Cordina via email asking him to adjust the bill and he has not responded.

After agreeing on the scope of work, price, date and time, David DID not show up NOR did he have the decency to even call to let me know he was not coming. Furthermore, he never returned numerous phone calls and text messages regarding the appointment. It was a very bad experience and EXTREMELY Unprofessional.

Dave took the surround sound system installed by the previous home owners and reworked it into our receiver. He also hung the TV on the wall. This required rerouting wires and installing additional outlets. Dave was a master! The system sounds great and looks great!! We are extremely pleased. We would highly recommend him!!!

David Cordina spoke to my husband. The next day he called and asked if he could come look at the job, then he said if it was ok with us he could do it right then. He was very careful in his handling of our t.v.'s

I called David to evaluate my 8 ft mahogany front door with glass sidelights. The house I purchased was 5 years old and it appeared the door had not been stained since it was installed and was in rough shape. David gave me, what I thought was a very fair price and we arranged for him to proceed with the work the following week. He came with his assistant Joe and prepared the door by removing old flaking stain, sanding down any burrs, filling cracks in the door and then sanding down the entire door, sidelights and trim with 0000 steel wool. We chose a red mahogany stain which he applied by hand to make sure the coats were even. The door took two coats which he did in two days to let dry in between, then applied a polyurethane. The door looks gorgeous now. I was so surprised he was able to bring it back to what it must have looked like when new. I have used David in the past to paint my back porch, deck and stairs and will definitely use him again to paint my front porch and stain the decking.

David is highly qualified and takes pride in his work. His goal is to deliver exactly what his customers desire in their finished product. He, therefore, takes the time to discuss the job and all of the available options. He's clear about the length of time it will take to complete a job; and if it seems long, it is only because he is meticulous. David treated my home as if it were his own. Before starting each TV, he made sure of its placement, even holding it in various spots on the wall to ensure my satisfaction. He made sure he knew exactly what was behind the fireplace wall before proceeding and cut holes only as large as necessary to do the job even though it proved challenging for him. He was so good at patching the holes and painting that I already can't locate where he cut the drywall! He was professional, personable and honest. I highly recommend using him to install your home theater system.

Called and spoke to the owner who came the next day to give me an estimate. While he at my house he tried to see if he could pull the wires through so the contractors could finish the wall removal. He worked on it for over an hour but was unable to move the wires but did not charge me. He returned the next day with a helper and relocated the wires. He and is helper worked for over six hours and completed the job and still only charged us $150. Unfortunately when he tried to help us out on his initial visit he disconnected a wire in the junction box and disconnected our phone service. He tried to fix the problem was unable to. I called Comcast and they fixed it quickly a few days later. I am sure he made no money on this job, he probably lost money, but kept his original quote which speaks to his integrity.

It went better than I would ever expected, and at a GREAT price. I would hire him again in a minute!

I had used David in the past to paint my porch and decks. He came over to see the built-in, then provided me with a written estimate.He started the job within the week. The built-in was constructed on-site by a carpenter and when completed was left unfinished. David sanded, puttied and caulked the piece as well as all the shelves inside and out. He then applied several coats of oil-based primer. Since the wood was new it really absorbed the paint. He also applied coats of the finish paint until it was perfect. He also installed the shelf brackets and door knobs. I would highly recommend David. As stated above, he also touched-up the wall and mantel.

I had used David in the past and knew he was the person for this difficult job. When I purchased this home, I noticed the wood used for the porch, deck and railings was in terrible shape, railings twisted, posts and spickets gouged and very rough, not to mention some mold. David painstakingly sanded, puttied, sanded, over and over prior to applying coats of oil-based primer that seats the wood and a latex finish paint. The porch and decks just rinse off with water now to clean and look better than new adding significant value to our home. As indicated above, David was also able to move speakers, fix doors and install a threshold. He really is able to do everything you need at a very high quality. He also has a great design sense when picking paint colors. He pays very close attention to detail, noticing the small imperfections when painting and also is extremely neat. There were no paint stains on any of my landscape pavers.I would highly recommend David.

We would like to highly recommend David Cordina. What makes David exceptional is his engineering background, construction skills and design sense. I am a former hotel designer, who was looking for an audio/visual system consisting of high-quality components that would be seamlessly integrated into our new home at a price that would fit in our budget. David took the time to find out exactly what our needs were and designed a beautiful system for our home that exceeded our expectations! With a significant reworking of the existing wiring and cable, David was able to create a beautiful surround-sound media room and a living room TV/Audio system that provided us with the ability to listen to a variety of audio options in several rooms, including our porch and patio area. A master bedroom TV retreat was also included. David gave thoughtful consideration to component locations and outlet/cable boxes to enhance design options in the rooms. Since the installation, David's work has added significant value to our home. He stands by his work and also educates his clients about the equipment he chose and why, as well as easy instructions to operate them. David was also kind enough to help us with some home maintenance issues as well. David will be our and ldquo;go toand rdquo; guy for any issues that we may have with our home. He is honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable.
