+ 1 moreLance was hired by our contractor when another subcontractor had to be removed from the job. Even though this was a very stressful time for me and my husband, Lance was a joy to work with. We were very fortunate he was able to step in right away. He not only completed the job masterfully, he had to correct quite a number of problems the contractor and original sub contractor made.
