Received an estimate to compare to another local company for crawlspace dehumidification. Concept Technologies came out the same day to evaluate the home, and had a detailed proposal the following day. The proposal noted very detailed elements of the crawlspace and foundation, I was very impressed by the knowledge. The price was a little more than the other estimate which was an equal comparison, but ultimately I chose to go with the other company based on the price and a recommendation from another Angie's List service provider who did work for me.

They have done the same work for me in 2008. I have a continuing service contract with them. It is a warranty. Overall it was positive. They knew what they were doing and the result was positive. I didn't look at any other companies although there are a lot of companies that do this type of work. They were there at the right time when I really needed them. I had some complaints on two or three things that they didn't do right but they rectified them. They were more than ready, willing and able to fix them. They were responsive.
