As a realtor, she showed us" yankee- out- of -staters" what we wanted to see, advised us on an offer, assisted us in interviewing insurance agents, bankers,,attorneys,l home inspectors and repair services. All of these services led to a successful closing on a beautiful home in South Carolina. She was professional, pleasant and had a great sense of humor and really got ours! Charlotte spent time listening to what I wanted in a location and a home. She was patient during the process and took the time to show me a variety of locations and homes. When I asked to view other locations she was always open to other suggestion but I will be honest - we came back to Charlottes recommendations each time. She was able to meet with the inspector when my schedule did not permit. She made the whole process enjoyable and as smooth and efficient as possible.
