He fit me in his schedule, showed up right at the time he had estimated, confirmed the problem, repaired the unit, and checked it for proper functioning. He accomplished all this in 2-3 hours. His customer service was outstanding, and I was blown away by the entire experience. He was very honest and knowledgeable, and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I cannot rave enough about a Bruce and the work that he did.
Description of Work: HVAC repair. Bruce replaced coil where refrigerant leaked out of unit and replaced refrigerant.
