We offer all types of repair and service on your existing heating and cooling unit. We specialize in repairs and service for heating and cooling units. We change out old systems and set up new units for any new construction. All of our products come with a warranty and we do both commercial work as well as residential work. Very pleasant gentleman. Very responsive. Highly recommend
Description of Work: Checked two A/C compressor units and repaired one that was not working. With 13 y/o unit, was afraid of the worst but found bad capacitor and replaced it, saving compressor or total unit replacement.

He is generally easy to reach and he does respond. He is reasonable. The charges varies, if it is an installation, it is a lot more, if it is a repair or cleaning it could be towards a $100 or little bit more or even a few $100, it depends on the parts. I would recommend him. He does the job. He is reliable and backs up his work. He is excellent. He is good. His price is good and reasonable. His work seems okay. His responsiveness is generally very good. He is pretty punctual. We have not had problem with his punctuality. He is good in terms of professionalism. We do use him; we are going to use him in the next couple of days.
Description of Work: We used Air Doctor Heating & A/C on another rental property that we have, to put in air conditioning units. They cleaned the units, the heat exchanger and stuff like that. He has done multiple services from full installations to repairs.
