We had several large trees that needed to be removed following Helene. Perez Landscape responded quickly and did an excellent job at a competitive price. We were very pleased with their work—they showed up on time, got the job done quickly, and performed exactly as promised!

Our experience was AWFUL. We hired Perez Landscape to build a seating area and brick wall. They requested that all money be paid by only cash and no checks. That should've been the first red flag. However, we signed our contract and they began building. We started to notice that Perez was using cheap material to build our fenced brick wall and it was not the manner in which we had agreed on. We told him that without using cement the wall was going to fall, he told us that he's been in this business for 17 years and knows what he's doing. He assured us to go look at his reviews and that we have a signed contract that if anything messes up that he would fix it free of cost for the next 3 years. All money was paid upon completion of the work. After 6 months our wall started to lean forward and fall apart (as shown in the pictures). We contacted Perez and Valeria because as per our legal contract, it is written that they will fix it for up to 3 years. They ignored our phone calls and voicemails for 3 weeks until I called them from a different phone number. Perez then said that he would not fix it and that we did not pay him all the money ($300 was not paid). However, all the money in our contract was paid off in cash (as they requested) upon completion of the work and they had not mentioned any money until we complained that the wall was falling off. We decided to pay an extra $3.5K for another company to fix what they messed up rather than pay them the $300 that they said we didn't pay. This company is a fraud and not an LLC. I would spend the extra money to go to an entrusted company. They don't abide by their contract and their quality of work is trash.

OUTSTANDING! Mr. Perez and his crew were professional and courteous. They assessed the project; explained all that had to be done; and set out to complete the job. Mr. Perez answered all our questions and addressed the issues we raised. It was an absolute pleasure working with this company. Had them come back to install a new timer. Terrific!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this company is. I have had several homes landscaped in the past and no one has come close to the outstanding job this company did for us. They went above and beyond our expectations in every aspect of the project. I recommend them 100%.

Great job by Mr. Perez! Work started right on time. Shortly after all the trenches were dug up, it started to down pour, and he worked through the rain to get the job done. Awesome wifi-enabled system that is backed by a 2 year warranty.

Took about 5 hours. They did the new trench by hand and worked steady with no breaks. They left with everything in working order. Their estimate was a lot less than others and they filled in and relaid the sod. Great job!

Miguel landscaped our new home with an amazing eye for detail and beauty. He kept his commitment to complete our project over a 2 day window. He & his crew came a day early due to a forecast of rain. They were professional, diligent and conscientious with every aspect of this project; from unloading and installing landscaper’s tarp, topsoil, mulch & plants to cleaning the walkways and worksite. He is creative & has an eye for design. He used different landscape materials, black cypress mulch, river rock & pavers & installed them in a way that is beautiful, functional and easy to maintain. River rock was placed at the base of all our downspouts. A paver patio along with a privacy panel now serves as a place for our trashcan, portable generator, hose etc. He recommended and installed plants that complimented our home and accommodated our busy schedule of limited time for yard work. In summary, he along with his small crew created a simple, affordable & eye catching landscape for our home. It’s a pleasure to sit on the porch and just enjoy the scenery. Miguel, Valeria & team are easy to work with, responsive, talented and affordable. We highly recommend Perez landscape and Hardscaping.

I could not be happier or more satisfied with Miguel's work. My yard looks beautiful and I'm so proud of the lovely job they have done. His crew is wonderful. Miguel's wife brought a home cooked meal for the crew on their biggest and busiest day. I was able to meet her and the children. What a precious family. I plan to continue using Perez Landscaping on a regular basis for cutting my grass and maintaining my yard. This is a business that has a great future. I have not had the work done yet. I just had my initial meeting with Miguel Perez and I was very impressed, He gave me a quote right away. I have not received other quotes yet. But he understoo well what I wanted. He guarantees his irrigation systems for 18 months with the understanding in a written contract that he will come back an work on the sytem if something goes wrong. And he gives a 6 month guarantee on the sod. Haven't heard of that before. I will follow up after the work is completed.. Having sod, irriation, flower beds, a change in my fencing, three tree stumps ground up.

Outstanding experience! The home I purchased came with a sprinkler system, something I’d never owned, but it had been neglected so I didn’t bother to use it. However, even an unused system can cause problems, as the lowest sprinkler head on my lot leaked due to gravity and damage. In addition, I knew I had other damaged/missing heads, so I called Perez. He was able to come within a week of my first contact and arrived on schedule. He checked each zone, marking all heads and assessing those that needed repair/adjustment/replacement and gave me a quote that was in line with the “lawn care” franchises. When I agreed, he made a short trip for parts and set to work. When done, he checked the whole system zone by zone, adjusted each head for optimum performance, programmed the timer per my requirements, then finished with a thorough clean up. Total time was four hours and I have what works like a newly installed system. We discussed some of the things I wanted to do in my yard and I look forward to calling on Mr. Perez for seasonal landscape and maintenance needs as well as some hardscape we have been been considering.

Mr. Perez was on time and professional. Rerouted a zone instead of selling us a new controller. Honest and reasonable! I’ll be calling him again the next time we have a need.

They were great! Showed up on time and finished earlier than I expected. He even helped with my sprinklers so that the new plantings were watered. Definitely recommend!!

Our existing water irrigation system needed to be updated after we added a new driveway in our home; some sprinkler heads needed to be re routed, some capped or canceled and other water lines needed to be created. I came across with Miguel who is the owner of Perez Landscape and Hardscape , he came and assessed my irrigation project, he listened to what I needed done and I immediately felt comfortable with him and could feel his honesty and drive to make things done right. Miguel started and finished the job to completion and to my satisfaction . I had the pleasure to meet Miguel's wife and small children a couple times who would occasionally stop by , I could tell Miguel was not only professional but seeing his family bring lunch to him while he was working put a smile on my face. Miguel's irrigation work is commendable , he followed up and came back to check the area and adjust a few things. I highly recommend this small business

The work was excellent. The patio is a work of art and Mr. Perez was very responsive to our wishes and accommodated changes very graciously. He really cared about our satisfaction and followed up with instructions and advice.
