+ -1 moreAfter we had the alarm put in we had a couple of problems with loud noises setting the alarm off. The rep was out the next day to fix our problem and we havent had any problems since. There monitoring of fire and police are great. When I set of the alarm within three minutes I have call from them to make sure all is ok. One time I came home and the police were here. My alarm went off and for some reason my cell phone was off so they couldnt contact me and they called the police. All was ok but the police went thru my home to make sure no one was hiding. They came to the conclusion that some one hit our window and set off the alarm. They are great and I recommend to anyone. Use them.
Description of Work: Had a home alarm system put in by Local alarm about 4 years ago and have been very happy with them. Their monthy service charge is only 17.00 per month which is better than alot of them out there.

+ -1 moreI first used them when the house was built they did a good job but what do I know about alarms. The tech sat down with us and politely and patiently showed us how it worked. We also used them on a monthly basis to keep an eye on things so if we were not home and something went wrong like a fire or burglary they could contact the proper authorities.
Description of Work: They installed and monitor our alarm system. It was $649 to install the unit and we pay a monthly service fee of $49.
