Very hard worker. Overcame unexpected obstacles at no additional cost to us. Project took longer than he expected but he explained the delays promptly. Very polite. Only problem was that he left a bit more mess than I expected.

Jag made themselves available to me and arrived on time on the date agreed. I felt like $50 per hour for sprinkler repair was high, but I had no choice as the other provider never returned my calls. Jag did good work and was very knowledgable. My only issue was the $150 for 3 hours work + parts of $20.

jag could not locate sprinkler backflow valve or control valve. it seems to me in this age of electronics, there must be a detector to track the wires that feed to the control valve. I guess I have to abandon my attempt to fix the problem. (no water to the front yard zone) The other 2 zones work fine.
