+ -1 morePhil came out to give me a second opinion on an issue. He was prompt and courteous. He knew exactly what the issue was. He showed me all the readings for the capacitor and compressor. His price was incredibly reasonable and much less than what Preferred Home Services was going to charge me. I would highly recommend Phil for any HVAC needs.
Description of Work: Phil replaced my capacitor in the unit.

+ -1 moreIt went great. Phil was very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying possible issues with my system. Within minutes he identified and fixed a failing part. He also checked the pressure to identify possible leaks. Afterwards, he cleaned the system of any dirt/debris. He checked my air handler to verify it drained correctly and was operating correctly as well. Phil went above and beyond to make sure I had a working AC for the upcoming heat. I would definitely recommend and refer Phil to anyone who needs help.
