My Wifes's Heating/Cooling & Appliance Repair Serv

I messaged asking for a quote to clean out entire dryer vent since it comes out the top of the house he calls on Sunday says in the neighborhood and came by. Told me to take dryer vent off back of dryer and clean it out and replace it back was 65.00. After doing so it all came out the top , clog done. He hooked dryer back up. I go to dry clothes the next day and dryer does not dry them. Remembering how hard it was to hook that dryer up to vent, I looked back and it was have off. So another 57.00 later dryer is running. More so a little upset that he was not certain how to even clean the vent out from the laundry room to the roof....and I paid him to unhook a dryer and hook it back up which the hooking back up part is what got to me. He responded to a service call that requested someone clean out the dryer vent. Usually means unhooking it.....he said if it did not hook up back the without difficulties (because it an oval attachment) that it would cost around 135.00, he would have to run to lowes to get something. So I got a ladder climbed up and blew off all the lint that was blown out and left on top of my house off, then bought the materials to re attach my dryer so I could began using it again. I added a quick disconnect to the tubing so cleaning would be easier after speaking to another person which added a blower to the vent and blew out the remaining clog in the vent going up.

We called on Saturday morning trying to have someone come out and repair our dryer in the limited time window we had available on our busy day. Jimmy and Melissa rearranged their schedule to meet our needs. They asked for the description and model of our dryer. He stopped on the way to our house for the parts we would probably need so he wouldn't have to fetch them after he arrived. (Another time saver we really appreciated!) He replaced the heating element and offered advice on replacing the vent cover as well. (He told us what to get from Lowe's. ) They were respectful of our home and offered to remove their shoes before going upstairs to the laundry room. 30 day warranty for parts and 90 warranty for labor. Great, fast repair experience. Thanks!!!
