LITCHFIELD SEAMLESS GUTTERS AND WINDOWS, LLC

I had used Litchfield as long ago as 10 yrs and at my current address 4yrs ago where a larger gutter install and a smaller extension were performed . When i had an estimate done this time with the owner Scott where they have performed work before we went over some repairs and additions to existing gutters..This was apparently not enough of a bill since i then received an estimate for gutter guards which i felt no need for even though the owner insisted that to come out to work this time it needed to be done for a sufficiently larger bill or he wouldn't do the job. I told him i wouldn't do work i didn't feel was needed and wanted to do the work that i felt was needed and he told me to call when i was ready..Well after many calls and messages on Angie's no call back was coming..At one point they were fair and good business people but no more..My home is a larger one and in an expensive community so i suppose the work was proposed and increased because we "could afford it". I see some others have said they are fair with their price, but why only because the bill is a larger one? I can only hope that others stay away because these actions are not consistent with good business practices at the least..

Excellent. Had three estimates. Very price competitive.. Competent advice and suggestions. Entire Litchfield family was great. Scott did the estimate; his brother directed the installation with the crew. Just moved into a new house in an expensive neighborhood and these guys were not out to rip me off and gave me maximum value. They take cash or check.

We had been going around and around about a date, and one day I came home and it was done. He blended the colors so well that you can hardly tell they are there!

They did an excellent job. They were on time, very efficient and professional in installing the gutters. They went out of their way to be sure everything was just right. They cleaned up after their work was completed. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Since we never heard back from Mr. Litchfield, we moved on to find another contractor. We ended up paying significantly more to get the job done, but I don't regret our decision. I don't think it is a homeowner's job to track down a contractor who has already agreed to do work for you.

Everything went well. The gutters were installed without us having to be there. Gutters were installed based on the drawing.

A pleasure to work with. Came when they said they would for the free estimate. Came back promptly to perform the work. Friendly crew, efficient, and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after installation. Best price of 4 companies I got estimates from. Would definitely recommend them.

After some confusion with my building contractor hiring a friend to put up the wrong company that put up the wrong gutters, I got in touch with Litchfield based on their previous estimate and their understanding of what I wanted. Because it was not scheduled in a timely manner, I had to wait until their schedule opened up. They told me when they would be able to get to the job and were on time. The crew did an outstanding job, cleaned all scrap and called me to inspect their work. I was completely happy with their work and felt justified in forcing my building contractor remove the inferior gutter job they tried to pass off instead of the contractor I had chosen. In the end, I got a better job, at a better price.

The owner of the company, Tim Litchfield, personally came out at the time he said he would and gave us the best estimate we'd received so far. He then told me he would get it done within the week and he followed through on his word. He went over how it would look and asked me for any input to ensure I would be satisfied with the work. The work is done by his brothers and they did an amazing job! They were very punctual and the gutter installation was so clean and pristine, I almost didn't notice when I got home. They cleaned up after themselves and the overall quality is very good. I should say that my home is a two story, 2600 sq foot home and based on the design, he only charged $550. Again, I must reiterate that what he quoted is based on the design of my home, which didn't require excessive gutter installs, but his price and quality of work is hard to beat. I would definitely use them again and recommend him to others in the area.

It was positive, no problems, and we there was something so we had them come back. They came and fixed that, but overall positive experience. They were recommended.

We had a great experience! They did not try to sell us extras even when I asked if we needed them. The owner returned calls promptly and was even able to have the gutters installed sooner than originally discussed. They did a great job and our neighbors are even asking for a referral. We would use them agian.

We used this company on the recommendation of Anderson Roofing and Angies List ratings. I had them come by and give us an estimate. Scott Litchfield eagerly gave us the best price by several hundred dollars. Him and his crew came out at the designated time and had my house looking good in less than two hours. They ensured the gutters were properly sloped to drain all water toward the downspout and mounted in a way that they will stay for a long time. I highly recommend Litchfield Gutters.

They were timely and quick about giving us the estimate.

We have built several houses and always get several bids for each service. These guys are hands down the best! We have used them in the past but still get at least 4 bids from different companies for each portion of the house during the construction process. It is a lot of work but definitely worth the effort. Once again, Litchfield seamless gutters gave us the best bid and time frame. Being familiar with their excellent workmanship, we hired them to do the job on our 2400 sq ft elevated two story home in Charleston, SC. They were friendly, prompt, and did an excellent job. Their bid saved us several hundred dollars. We couldn't be happier.

Called Litchfield for an estimate and scheduled an appointment with Scott. He came out a few days later we discussed what I wanted and he told me how much it would cost and when he could do it. I scheduled the work to be completed a week or so later. The installers showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Would recommend to anyone and will use him again on my next house.

Perfect , this company came highly recommended by a friend and he was correct , the job is an excellent show of workmanship, they take pride in their work and the price was very reasonable for the size house that I have ; around 2700 sq feet with two stories.

Very nice guys. Prompt and courteous service. Lowest bid of three companies who came out. Did the work quickly and the way I wanted it.

Scott is a great guy and his brother Brandon was very pleasant. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely.

Rain water was running off the roof and back into our home. I used Angie's list to find a reliable and reasonably priced gutter service provider. I received a prompt call back from Thomas and was given a quote below the rate of all competitors. Installation was done on time and services completed in a professional manner. I am very happy with the service and pricing. We will be using Litchfield again!

They were so pleasant to talk to on the phone - they were fast and professional. I had a few concerns after it rained the first time and the promptly came out to adjust it.

Called for a quote and they came out the next day and quoted us for the work. Returned the next week to do the work and did it quickly and at the same price.

Our home is a 2600 sq ft. 2 story with an attached screened in porch. When we purchased the home last year we were amazed that none of the previous owners had installed a gutter system. During moderate rainstorms the water came off the roof with such force that it was impossible to keep anything alive in the flower beds because the water would kill it as well as floating away all the mulch. After receiving several recommendations from neighbors who had gutters installed by Litchfield we called and scheduled an estimate. Scott came out exactly as scheduled and gave us an estimate for the work. We were happy to see that his estimate beat our expectations by more than just a little bit. After asking a few more questions we hired Litchfield to come do the work. Scott said the work would be done that week on a Wednesday. When we got home from work on Wednesday the work had been completed and it is everything we had hoped for and more. There was no debris to be found and no other evidence to know that anyone had even been to the house. We are now oddly eager for the next rain storm so that we can see what an improvement the gutters make. We are sure it will be the difference between night and day though. We could not be happier with the work that Scott and everyone at Litchfield did for us and we will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.
