Lighthouse Plumbing and Repairs

Mr. Black made not one but two trips the the big box store to pick up the water heater I had purchased because the store gave him the wrong one initially. And he was driving on icy, snowy roads. While he was working in the garage, the temperature ranged from 22 to 29 degrees. He had to thaw the pipes in the wall to get the water heater to fill. And he went to all of this trouble on a Saturday morning. I couldn't have asked for better service. A+

We had a different company come out at first and they gave us an estimate of $900 to clean our pipes, install some kind of system and replace all of our fixtures (they said we had cheap fixtures and they would never be able to find parts). Frustrated, we called Mt Pleasant water works because if there was build up in our pipes we thought they might be able to help with flushing them out. They recommended Bobby, and we are so thankful they did. He figured out the low water pressure was caused from a loose safety valve. He told us to notify the fixture company and they should be able to send us the part since we are in a newer home. He also identified the noise in the kitchen right away. We appreciate that Bobby was willing to identify the problems and fix them rather then wanting to charge us for a whole new system and replace our fixtures. Such an honest guy. Will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

It went great! Bobby had to cut a hole in my wall. He explained to me what was going on, and showed me the pipe that was broken. He replaced the pipe and checked to make sure there were no more leaks. He cleaned up the mess he made and a little extra, and was done. Because of the insurance I had for repairs there was no charge to me. I would use Lighthouse Plumbing again.

My toilet started leaking last week, I had a handyman out to repair it since he was in the neighborhood. He spent an hour on it and ended up cracking the cemented in flange under the toilet. He said he had to remove the linoleum and sub-floor in order to get to the spot needed to fix it. I decided to call Bobby instead. Bobby came out and made easy and fast work of the problem, he did not need to remove my floor and had the toilet fixed, clean and back in place in under an hour at a fair price. I just wish I would have called Bobby first! I highly recommend him.

Numerous issues over the last 6-7 years from large to small jobs all done with the same expertise and friendliness. Hands down one of the top 1-2 service professionals I have had since moving to the lowcountry. Highly recommend

Bobby was very helpful. He removed our leaking water heater from the attic, put in a new one and hooked it up. He cleaned up any mess and was quick and efficient. We will be calling him again to do some faucet installations and I remembered I should add him to Angie's List. I'm very pleased with his work.
