The ladies, Heather and Allison, were exceptional. They stayed way beyond their "time" to make sure everything was spotless. I was gifted a deep clean before my husband came home from the hospital. I will be using them again soon.

I was told that it would be 4 ladies so I scheduled other in home services based on that. Only 2 ladies showed up and one brought a young child with her. When I called to inquire, I was told that 3 ladies were scheduled and 1 called out sick. When I asked about a child on the job, I was told not appropriate. However, child stayed entire time. Job was not completed satisfactorily and they had to come out a second time

It was great the girls were friendly and very professional! I will hire again!

Michelle was very easy to talk to and very accommodating with scheduling. Her crew arrived on time and did an AMAZING job! They even organized all of my chaos. This has been a huge help and I am grateful to have such a wonderful company to rely on. The customer service and quality of staff has been beyond expectation.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! We used Honey Home Cleaning for 6 months - they were supposed to be there first thing in the morning. They were consistently late - at times up to 9 hours late. The service had three girls to clean our home and the group was never the same from week to week. You could never form a bond with any of them. Their cleaning was average. Alas, we kept with them because their price was reasonable and finding a different service was more of a hassle. The final time they were at my house, I had two pieces of jewelry gone missing. The girls claimed they ‘never saw it’ as it was on my nightstand. Yes, I shouldn’t have had out expensive jewelry but since they were there for months I assumed there wouldn’t be a problem. BIG MISTAKE. The owner currently refuses to make right in the situation and reimburse me - forcing us to undergo litigation. AND she expected me to pay for the cleaning!!! When the items that were stolen were 10x the cost of her cleaning!! Be warned that if you use them, you will consistently have late, average service from different women whom you can’t trust. Save yourselves the hassle of lawyers and police reports and hire a different service!!!

They did an excellent job and I will be using them again.

Responded to initial call quickly. Was late of first cleaning due to previous customer having more work than expected. They did communicate with me saying they'd be late.

The ladies arrived and went right to work - very efficient and thorough. I have already scheduled another cleaning appointment.

The home we just moved into was professionally cleaned (by another company) but the stove and oven were missed. It was nasty and in dire need of cleaning! We are still in the process of moving and unpacking between two locations. I did not have the time to get the stove cleaned and started looking for home cleaning services, specifically one that uses natural products. I contacted Honey Home cleaning at 9:15 at night and practically begged Michelle (the owner) to send someone out as quickly as possible. They were booked for the new few days but were empathetic to my needs and sent someone out within 36 hours! Wow! Heather arrived promptly at 9 am and worked her magic! I was expecting perhaps a 2-hour job but stove and oven were beautifully cleaned within an hour! I am so appreciative for the quick response to my cry for help! Professional, dependable and thorough! I will not hesitate to contact Honey Home Cleaning (love your name!) and highly recommend to others looking for the requirements you deserve and expect PLUS natural products. Nice folks!

They are excellent and do an exceptional job! I love that they use all natural products and essential oils to clean, especially since I have 3 young children and pets.
