Diamond Floors did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. They were on time and professional from start to finish and super responsive to answering questions and providing updates throughout the process. Most importantly my floors look absolutely amazing. Could not give a higher recommendation - oh and they beat 2 other estimates I received for the same job. I was out of town and they even felted all of my furniture before putting it back. True professionals!

From the very start, excellent communication was established. Though the company already had a full schedule, they worked me in as quickly as possible as the condo unit was occupied by my tenant. Crew moved furniture around with care as they worked and kept the areas very clean. I would highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again in the future!

These guys are OUTSTANDING. locally family owned in Goose Creek. Highly professional courteous friendly. Go out of their way to please the customer. Crew is highly experienced top to bottom. No rookies here. They sell product and provide install. They just did our ENTIRE bottom floor in 3 days which included demo of all old flooring on day one.

WE are VERY pleased with Diamond Floors! Our floors had suffered the wear and tear of years of traffic and one or two “Oops” by me. It was time to refinish them. Our first stop was with Angie’s List. After reading through the several flooring companies that were listed we choose Diamond Floors as one of the companies to give us a quote. From the moment that Keith (owner) came to our house to survey our needs, we felt like we could rely on his work. We were delighted when Keith made the suggestion that we really didn’t need full refinishing and only a professional “Strip & rinse” and two coats of urethane. His suggestion for a much less extensive job was proof to us that he wanted to give us what we needed and not more than we needed. His crew arrived on time and set to work immediately. OJ, Joe and Dan worked diligently through the day taking great care in moving the large pieces of furniture. The explanation and recommendations about the entire process were clearly stated and we agreed to give the curing process another day. The next morning the trio were back bright and early to move our furnishing back into place. Afterwards my wife found a very minor problem and we contacted Keith about it. Within two days OJ returned to the house to correct our concern. Keith and his company, Diamond Floors, are in our phone directory for the next time we need anything to do with floors and we are very willing to give the entire company a strong recommendation. Let me start out by saying I’m a nitpicky perfectionist. Keith, OJ, and their crew exceeded all my expectations. My floors had moisture damage with severe warping. Now, they look like brand new floors. Completely flat now using a special machine which is only available with their company. Professional, attention to detail, friendly and treated us like we were family. When I had difficulty with a stain choice OJ was patient and assisted with that decision. Best price of three quotes. And I love supporting a local family owned business. Thanks guys!

O.K. (The owner) was great! He spent time explaining to me the various ways to approach the installation. He provided pictures of the product as well as a detailed quote with explanations of each item on the quote. O.K. also answered all of my questions as well. O.J. (The installer) was punctual, professional, neat, organized and personable. The job was completed in two days and the stairs look gorgeous! The installation came out better than I expected. I am pleased with the outcome and would recommended to anyone without hesitation.

Keith and his team were great to work with. They had a family emergency that made things a little tricky at first but I had a very tight deadline to meet and they went above and beyond to make sure they got the job done. This is a great family company from the Father (Keith) to come and give an estimate and Joe (son) and team to install. I was majorly screwed by Lowes and there contractor. Diamond Floors treated me like family and made the few days of instillation fun. They moved all my furniture with care and put everything back the way it was. Our carpets were horrible and now my wife truly loves her house and we aren’t emabarresed to invite people over.

This group of folks were so professional, prompt, and exceptional workers. I had a vision of what my floors would look like, but the finished product far exceeded what I had envisioned. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone with flooring needs.

Diamond Floors did an exceptional job on our carpet and Cali Bamboo LVP. Not only did they beat Lowes Price by about $700, they were on-time both days and extremely efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have flooring work done.

Diamond Floors installed beautiful dark bamboo flooring at one of our homes. Craftsmanship was beautiful. They were done on time. They kept us up to date on how the project was proceeding. At the home we moved to last year, they refinished the wood floors that are over 50 years old and they look great. Installed new flooring where needed. Very professional team, friendly, and answered all our questions. Price was reasonable. Very trustworthy company. We are having them do another project for us. We think very highly of this company.

Keith and his team were very professional They explained everything,gave a very competitive estimate,were on time, did everything they promised and above all to our satisfaction. After the last coat of paint was applied the floor color was little different than the original After that they had to put in another coat and eventually the final color was much closer to the original color Keith and his team were very professional and exactly knew what they were doing Needless to say that we were fully satisfied I don’t think that one can hire better team than Keith’s to repair hardwood floors !

Keith did a great job helping me decide how to refinish my existing floors. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and concerns. Completed project was exactly what I wanted. He also installed new floors in a bedroom and you would never know they were installed at a different time. The transition between the two was great. O.J. was on site with the crew at all times. Everyone working with Diamond went above and beyond!

Keith was very professional and knowledgeable during the quoting process and seemed to be the only person who completely understood what I wanted to do. We have a historic home with pine floors and no subfloor. There were large holes cut in the floors to remove old plumbing and the team at Diamond floors added reclaimed boards I had given them on site and feathered them in before sanding down and refinishing. The repair on one floor was so good that we didn’t have to refinish it. We were able to make changes on the fly easily, which is often needed with historic remodels. We have had several contractors in our home who have had issues accommodating changes. Not the case with Diamond floors!

Exceptionally well. This was our second go around with Diamond Floors. In 2016, they replaced the flooring following damage by hurricane Mathew. Unfortunately, it got damaged again in 2017 by hurricane Irma and had to be redone. I once again reached out to my go-to-guys - Keith & his team. The job was done to perfection both on time and a reasonable budget. I would have no hesitation recommending Diamond Floors to anyone who appreciates quality workmanship and ultimate professionalism.

We cannot say enough good things about the service and quality of work provided by Diamond Floors. They were recommended to us by someone - and we will also be recommending them to everyone we know. They were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with from the day we called for our first quote to the last day when the project was finished. They were even able to give us a better price on our LVP than both Lowe's (even with mil. discount) and the manufacturer's direct quote. Most importantly, the floors look amazing and every detail came out perfect. Notably, on the second day of the install, I noticed a couple boards with irregular edges that stood out in our bedroom, when I brought them to the attention of OJ, the project manager he quickly offered to replace them! Bottom line - we HIGHLY recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

We had Cali Bamboo eucalyptus flooring installed in the hallway, living room, kitchen, dining area, foyer and laundry room. Keith gave us a detailed estimate and explained the whole process. His crew was prompt and very professional. They completed the installation in two days. OJ stopped by to make sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction.
