Excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable and he explained everything as he inspected my home. It was a new build so I didn’t really expect him to find much but the detailed report highlighted lots of things that needed addressing before closing. If I ever need a home inspection again I’ll definitely go to Coastal !!

He was able to schedule an appointment next day, was punctual, took his time and showed me the issues the home had, possible remedies and even how to work certain appliances, reciptical outlet locations and concerns. Even my realtor was impressed by how detailed the report was. Same day turnaround on the inspection report and best priced. I could not imagine a better home inspection experience.
