+ -1 moreNicole in the office did a great job communicating with me regarding my service call. She called to confirm a few days before, and called the day of when the technician was running late. I really appreciated the communication. The technician arrived and checked inside, put the gauges on the unit and determined the coils were dirty. He sprayed some cleaner on the coils, then did quite a bit of rinsing to remove a ton of dirt. The gauges showed the pressure had returned to normal. He didn't really find anything wrong except the dirty coils, and the fact that the unit was probably close to the end of it's life. The unit is performing slightly better since he left. He was patient and didn't mind that I stood by watched, and asked questions. When my husband arrived home, he repeated everything and told us about some of the benefits of the new efficient units.
