Kelly's Electrical Service

I was worried - warranty companies are notoriously awful. But Kelly's Electrical has been wonderful. First call, I had an entire room plus outside fixtures not working. They found wires had been cut beneath the house, and repaired the wiring. While they were here, I asked them to replace the 3 outside light fixtures and install a light over the kitchen table. Although those weren't covered warranty items, their fee for that portion of the work was very reasonable. Second call, my outside outlets had stopped working, and 2 flood light fixtures on the back of the house weren't lighting. They quickly solved the outlet issue, found that one flood light simply had a bad switch which they replaced, and then worked to figure out the issue with the other flood light. It ended up being homeowner DIY mistakes from a previous owner. They rewired the fixture, junction and switch. Everything now works properly. Both times they've been out, the men have been punctual, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Other than the warranty service call fee, I have paid only a small charge for the fixtures they replaced for me on the first trip. For the amount of work they've done, I feel like I've gotten a great deal. Their work has been excellent, and I would definitely call them on my own for non-warranty work. I'm glad to have found a reputable electrician for future use.

I live in a older late 60's home and the wiring can be a bit confusing because of the way things were wired at that time. The overhead light and electrical outlets in the laundry area quit working. So I contacted my home warranty company late in the evening and opened a claim on the electrical issue. Kelly's Electrical called me the very next morning to setup an appointment and get more information about the issue. The repair men showed up as expected and did the repair timely and accurately. They were courteous and friendly, and seemed to really listen to my concerns and address the issue. Keep in mind that the $75 was the service fee I paid for the home warranty service and this may not be indicative of what they may charge for a service call. I would recommend using this company if you have any electrical needs, as I will if anything else electrical related comes up in the future.

They were two young guys. They were punctual, professional, very pleasant. I am going to add whole house surge protector so I am going to call them and see what they recommend and we will get that and have them back out and we are also going to replace outside lighting on our house and I will have them come back out and do that too.

They were very good! They came as promised, and did their work as promised. They did what they were supposed to do, and they were very professional about it. I do not have any complaints with them, and I do not think that they could have been any better. They were family. I do not recall that they had overcharged me. They worked with me because they were not sure that I was here. They came when they say they would come. I have never had a long wait. They did everything that they were supposed to do. They were very courteous. Then, they send me a bill later. They did not make me pay as they walked out the door. I would use them again in the future if I have anything electrical issue.

Kelly's Electrical Service is very prompt, courteous and have done a good quality job.
