Price was very great for the whole system and the system worked flawlessly for the past 12 years. They were very clear about the service plan up front, which involves yearly system inspection and maintenance and filter core replacement in a much longer interval. They have provided excellent service and are very responsive whenever we have questions.

The guys showed up on time, were clean, polite, and efficient. They installed the system and cleaned up after themselves in a very reasonable amount of time.

We had a bad experience with this company. They came out to service it, but did not fix it. They told us a bunch of stuff that was not true such as we needed a plumber because the water pressure was too high. My husband called the manufacturer to find out the what the water pressure needed to be. Basically this company does not know what it is doing. They basically are taking advantage of people. They would not even help us when we called. The owner came to our house and he did not even know how to fix it. My husband actually fixed it and worked with the manufacturer directly who was very helpful.
