Extremely pleased with the work they did for us installing a fence. From our first phone call to schedule a visit to get an estimate, Top Choice was very responsive, punctual, and professional. They were out to measure just a few days after our first phone call and gave me an estimate before he left. When we called to move forward, they put us on the schedule for just a few weeks later, which was perfect for us, as this allowed us time to get HOA approval. Once we notified them of our approval they came out just a few days later to install the fencing. As far as their workmanship goes......Top Notch! They did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier with how our fence turned out. They showed up on time, were very efficient, and, most importantly installed a great looking fence that is built to last. After seeing how well they did with the fence, I'll definitely be calling them again for future projects. Great work, Great Value, Great People!

Jon and his father showed up as promised and on a timely basis. Professional people. They take pride in their work and their goal is to please the customer. I'm a demanding customer and want the work done in a specific way. My problem was that the quote was not specific enough to include all of the many details discussed. As a result, there were a few misunderstandings, but to their credit, they did everything I asked. I would recommend this supplier.

They came out and I told them all what I needed. They gave me an estimate for $2150 for the patio and then also an estimate for the fence. I paid $3397, half down for both jobs, on 4/27/14. They didn't do the porch work until June 16th & 17th. He did some patio work for me. He did an ok job, but there are some things that he didnt do correctly. Example, the pet screen that I wanted wasn't installed correcetly and left loose. His wife came with him and asked me to show them what I wasn't happy with. Then she said "Now you can go back into your house and we will call you back out when we are done" The next thing I know they do some work and then they are gone. He built the porch out of aluminum. There was a piece that was too short and it was near the doggy door. You could see right through it and it looked tacky. When I pointed it out to him, he said it didnt matter because the screen would cover it. I told him I was the buyer and it did matter. The screen is loose, the spline is uneven. He got very upset with me and had a lot of attitude.I want part of my money back so I can hire someone else to fix it. They kept changing the days for the work, and because of that they went ahead and refunded some of my money. But you can tell what they really doing was cancelling the fence work since I wasn't happy with his workmanship. I wrote him that I wanted the patio fixed to my satisfaction. And if not then I wanted some of my money back to hire someone else. He emailed me back and said to not threaten him and he would call every other fence company to tell them to not do business with me. I text him again to see when he would be out because I had errands to run, and his response back was to go ahead and do them and to not let him stop me! He is so unprofessional and so is his wife. In the midst of all of this, they took a week vacation, while they had my money and I needed my work done still. They also told me the end of June everything would be done. But everything kept getting pushed back because he had to hire all new workers. When they did show up to work, it was him and his dad.

After numerous bids from Angie List providers, this company was by far the most reasonable of all. The work was done with professionalism and in a timely manner. Even with all the rain, this company installed ahead of projected start date. The quality of work was excellent. These people know what they are doing. Gates are built right on the spot rather than pre cut ones. I can't say enough. The crew was excellent, management extremely cooperative and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

The service provided was good. I like their craftsmanship and the pricing.

Total job took just a few days to complete. They rushed the last day as it was getting dark and they did not want to have to return to finish up. Was verbally told that they guarantee the fence, but upon several request for this guarantee in writing we were then informed that they only pass along the manufactures guarantee and they could not procure a written agreement from the manufacture even though they have been using their products for awhile. Only a few months after having the fence installed we noticed that the gates were already showing rust at the main frame junctions, so I immediately informed Top Choice Fence of this issue. Was told that they noticed the "quality" of the product was not as good as it use to be and he was already in contact with the manufacture...needless to say it took nearly a full year to get the gates replaced. It took a long time for Top Choice to get the replacements from the manufacture, then took several months before Top Choice finally made it to our area to replace the gates. Was told numerous times that they would not make a special trip to our area (even though they state that they service "Greenville, Spartanburg, anderson, Greenwood, All Of The Upstate.") I would think that a truly reputable company would not disregard past/existing customers in this way, but I feel I was not a priority since I was not paying for additional services but getting already paid for services fixed. We recently had our home and deck professionally cleaned and the paint job that Top Fence did on our deck then showed the lack of putting on two coats of paint...we not have some areas that the paint has come off and I know that excessive pressure was not used when the deck was cleaned. With all this in mind, I would not recommend and will not use this company for any future fencing or deck needs.

It well. It was up fairly quickly. A couple of rainy days had to push it back but everything else was great. We chose a dark stain and it would not be put on until several weeks after instillation. when It was time to put stain on they came out and had it done in about a day.

The whole job was done within a week and was done to the penny. Property was left clean.
