+ -1 moreI phoned Larry and asked for an approximate price to replace my backyard hose bib valve/faucet. He quoted me a price that I thought to be high. I then asked if he would consider a lesser price if I doubled the task (two bibs- one frontyard and one backyard). He thought for a moment and quoted me an incredible price only $10.00 higher for double the work/time. I was surprised by this and immediately set up a time for him to come and do the job. He was punctual, professional and communicative. He completed the tasks and I paid him upon receiving a bill/receipt from him. If I need any future plumbing work done on house i will not hestiate to call upon Larry without even considering any alternatives first! I remain completely satisfied with his work and feel lucky to have him working here in my new hometown of Mauldin,SC

Description of Work: I called N A P because our bathtub faucet was leaking into the wall behind the faucet and came out into the kitchen. I had used N A P before and their work was very good and reasonable. I called 3 times and left 3 messages to please call back as soon as possible. The message just said, "This is Larry the plumber. Leave a message." 3 months later I am still waiting for a call back. Thanks to Angie's list I called Batson Plumbing. They came over the next morning (we had turned off the water to that bathroom). Dick Allen was wonderful. He found the problem ( a washer and another part was no good) and fixed it right away. Within an hour all was well. He was professional, very courteous and fast. I can't thank Batson Plumbing and Dick Allen enough for the great job! It only cost me $147 too for the whole job and service call. I highly recommend Batson Plumbing. Stay away from N A P!

+ 0 moreThey were fine. I thought that their price was a little bit high, but at that time we had someone recommend them. They did a good job and we have not had any problem with that water heater at all. They were very pleasant, nice and prompt.
Description of Work: N A Plumbing put in a hot water heater about 10 years ago. They also ran the gas line for the water heater.

They got rid of the old unit for me and this entire process went smoothly. I like the way they were polite and respected my home while they were working.

They always send the same plumber at my request because he does a good job, and after all these years knows me relatively well. The connection was repaired and the leak has not come back. He also cleaned up after himself, which most plumbers refuse to do.
Description of Work: NAP Plumbing replaced the connection between the water supply and the clothes washing machine.
