+ -1 moreThe most serious problem was that no warranty paperwork was made available and 2 weeks after the completed job, in attempting to contact LB Heating and Air to get the paperwork we saw that the company was closed and no further contact was possible. Very disappointing
Description of Work: A new heat pump was installed. Ordered the wrong unit, which was more expensive but installed at quoted price. Seemed to be conscientious.

+ -1 moreFound furnace needed a circuit board and rusted out blowers. Took a day to get some parts. Actual labor under the house must have been 8/9 hours. Due to having to wait overnight, in the cold, he forgot all but one hour of labor.
Description of Work: Furnace needed a lot of attention after 14 years of service. Circuit board, two blowers, capacitor on a motor.

+ -1 moreThey verified that the heater and air conditioner were in proper working order and in safe condition for usage. They make sure we were completely satisfied. They were very professional and very good.
Description of Work: LB Heating and Air Conditioning repaired the problem with the heater and replaced the air conditioner, and replaced the minor part, which was an igniter.

+ -1 moreMr. Branham had an excellent company. They did great work on customizing these vents into our ceiling so we could put a ceiling in. There haven t been any problems with anything they have worked on. They were very polite and courteous and had a great price.
Description of Work: They redid and customized five vents in the basement.
