I called Jody this morning after my plumber recommended him and explained what had happened. Although he was in Seneca on a different job when I called, he was able to finish the job there, and make it to my house by 3 pm. He looked at the job, gave me an estimate, and started to work. He even told me how to put the shower doors back on so that they don't fall again, as they were initially installed backwards.

Very professional. Contacted Jody about problems at a rental location. He was quick to answer my call and scheduled it to be performed very quickly. It is great to deal with a service provider that understands the end customer needs and 'gets it done'. I've used Cudd Multi-Repair several times. Never a negative comment from the rental families. (and of course, that's important too)

Jody was exceptionally skillful and managed to take out one undermount sink and install the replacement. in the process NOTHING, not the solid stone, or the cabinetry was damaged in any way. In addition his reinstall made the garbage disposal work better than before. would highly recommend him.

Jody did an excellent job fixing the gash in the middle of our floor! I know this was a very small project in relation to what he's used to doing, but he made us feel like our job was his priority. He was quick to respond in setting up an appointment and was understanding and flexible when I asked to reschedule last minute. He was prompt and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely fashion, all while being professional and personable. He's a very detail-oriented, and his work shows that. He's the only person I intend on calling when we need work done on our house!
