Every time I call, there is an excuse as to why Jim cannot come to my home and fix my floor. Jim even brought his wife once when he came to swing by my home and tell me in person why he could not fix the floor. Jim and his wife are leaving for a cruise soon, and he is putting other jobs as priority over my floor. I am upset that he won't come and do a simple job. I am not going to call him or follow up with Jim anymore.
Description of Work: I want Jim to fix a floor in my home. He has come to my home for an estimate, but he has not completed any work on my home.
