On-time, courteous and professional. The work was done well. When one part proved hard to track down they communicated it immediately. Just as important, they found the part across town, drove to pick it up, then came back and installed it the same day!

Fast response time. Easy to make an appointment. Friendly & courteous employees. They worked diligently to repair a 35 year old toilet when it would have been easier to just discard it and buy a new one (Robert & Dustin, I'm sorry to put you guys through that mess). I will recommend Walter Taylor to others & use them again on my next project.

Job was prolonged and job was completed, however it took longer than expected. The owner was apologetic, but the decision to send the first guy out was a mistake. I would recommend this company as long as a qualified tech is sent.
