"Eating Crow....I left an earlier review stating that Phil the antenna installer tore the downspout off our house. I subsequently found out from my husband that my husband may have bumped it with the lawnmower and broke the metal cleat off the strap that secures it. I could not reach Phil by phone. I sent him a text of apology after he sent me a text that he wanted to make things right with me. I revised my rating to 4.0 and hope he will come out and finish the job after we recover from hurricane Helene's wrath."
