+ 1 moreMy parents had older appliances that really needed repairing or scrapping. Mr. Ard got them the deal they needed and helped them with amazing appliances. My in-laws experienced the same thing. I don't leave my doors unlocked often, but when I know they are coming to keep my house running, I do. I trust them with all that I have and will NEVER use another repairman!

+ -1 moreThey came on time, had what he needed to fix, made no.mess . They fixed the problem. He, nicely, did not bill me.until a few days later in case there was another problem connected with the icemaker. They called me later to.check.on it. That was unusual and appreciated.i
Description of Work: Water had frozen as it had entered the ice bucket. It would not make ice or dump. It.was deep inside so I couldn't see it. They used hair dryer to unthaw.
