I called and asked Jake if he would do a termite inspection. He said that he would do it and email me a bill. He told me that it would be $45.00. After about two weeks he had not gone out to look at the house so I called him back. He said he would go out. He called a few days later to let me know that he had inspected it and that the house had several additions, had subpar construction and he wouldn't go near it as far as treating or bonding it. My parents both died in January and that was their house and the way he spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. He never told me whether there were active termites so I had to call him back and ask him again and then I hung up on him. He was rude to me, had no sympathy or empathy for my situation and refused to treat it. I'm so glad he didn't because I found someone who knew what they were doing. I was sobbing by the end of the conversation and he didn't care. He never sent me a bill which I would have paid because I am a good person. He is not.

Somebody recommended this company to my husband. The name of the guy who comes and does this for me is Patrick and he is very very pleasant. He comes every two months and is coming this week. The price is very reasonable. I have been using them for 13 years and I guess I will continue to use them. I am very satisfied with the service.

They are very good and they do a good job. They are friendly, personable and nice to deal with. I am very pleased with them. I think the termite inspection is $75 which is annual and the pest control is $30 for four months.
