They did work on a rental property for me, so I wasn't able to meet them in person but they sent me photos, described what their findings and game plan were, understood my concerns and was able to convey that he had a great understanding of what my concerns were. With any contractor I was a bit worried that I could be taken advantage of, he could have easily but he didn't! The cost was even less than I thought it would be. He was honest and told me that the work was limited and did not over exaggerate the scope of the actual work. I would use him again and recommend him to others.
