Perfect, it doesn't get any better. Excellent communication, they were even early, did an excellent job, cleaned up after the work. I was overly impressed and they even did work that was unexpected and unrelated to the concrete repair. Highly recommend!

Daniel and his crew were prompt and efficient. They worked all day--as far as I could tell they never even took a break! The new patio looks great. I only gave a B for price but I don't really know how much concrete work usually costs so this is probably a fair price. I would recommend them.

Luis & his team have done excellent work for me. They are very professional, work quickly and and leave the work sight very clean. I can not recommend them enough. If you have concrete needs in any form give them a call they have competitive rates and the quality and service of their work is out standing.

Luis was a pleasure to work with. He was $500 less than my other bid and had great reviews so i chose him. He started the job quickly and kept in contact throughout. The driveway looks fantastic! His crew was great! He was great! I will definitely use him again.

Luis and his two workers took a cement walkway in very poor condition to a walkway truly better than I imagined . They blended it to match the exterior color of the development I live in with a touch of texture that gave it a very nice overall look. It took several days to complete and each day his crew left the area just as they found it when they arrived earlier that day. They were very polite and showed me everyday what they were going to do and always asked my opinion before starting the next phase of project. I have flowers and bushes along the path and they were very careful to do as little damage as they could. Family and Friends who saw the before and after of my pathway are amazed at the way it turned out. I would truly recommend Artistic Floor (Luis) for any cement project you are in need of.

After soliciting many bids, Luis was easy to work with, bid a very competitive price, and was accommodating to our schedule as I had some irrigation work to complete first. Every question and concern we had about our intended plan was addressed immediately. Throughout the process, every call or Angie's List message was answered immediately. They did exactly what they said they would do, everyone was on time and courteous, and we couldn't be happier with the finished patio. It really has transformed our outdoor space. I would happily work with Artistic Floor USA again, and highly recommend them for any concrete project.

Contacted provider thru Angie's list and scheduled an appointment. Luis (Artistic floor) showed up on time and I received a quote in a couple of days. I accepted the quote and the work was scheduled for 7/12420124 starting at 0800. The work crew were on time and after confirming what I wanted immediately started working. The driveway was dug and the dirt was dumped where I requested. The concrete truck showed up in a few hours and the work was completed in about 5 hours. The area was cleaned and swept with nothing left behind. During the process I did ask some questions and always received a detailed explanation answering why and how. The work was completed professionally and met all expectations. I was completrely satisfied and would recommend Artistic Floor to anyone in need of driveway additions or repair.

The crew is extremely clean in their work and stay truly all day long to finish the job on time. They even helped us lift some of the heavy items of the patio. Clean-up was wonderful and the entire work process was enjoyable.

They did an excellent job of removing the old concrete in the driveway and walkway preserving the integrity of the surrounding lawn, planting beds, underground pipes and tree roots as well as adjacent slabs that were not damaged. They were prompt, professional and polite. The cleanup was excellent. The price was reasonable and fell below other estimates we requested. They did exactly everything they promised when they promised to do it. It was a very positive experience for us.

The owner Luis came out and gave me an estimate and showed me pics of prior work by his company (beautiful pics). I entered into verbal contract with him the next day and sent in a deposit. The following week or maybe a little longer I was wakened by noise outside, when went to look two workers (not Luis) was working on my concrete. Do: Have workers check with homeowner to let them know you are at their home and beginning to work! The job was going well until after one afternoon when workers left ( again no communication) I went out and the concrete had a couple uneven or humps in it. Keeping in mind I haven't seen or heard anymore from Luis, I of course called and voiced my concern. He came to look at it and the next day the workers began to level out the two humps-they didn't net my pool (inground vinyl lining) from the concrete or protect it from jackhammering the concrete, needless to say I had a pool full on that end of concrete with some pieces as big as a full size laptop computer and hundreds of smaller pieces- NEVER allow concrete to enter a vinyl pool lining! Again, I was very upset and called Luis- he assured me that he would have one of workers enter pool and pick up concrete and would be responsible for any damages. ( still waiting to see if there are any tears in liner)! The job was completed and what I wasn't pleased with was corrected, it turned out beautiful and I would recommend the company bc although a couple things went array, Luis was always very responsive to my concerns and is a super honest and reliable! I hope that this review is available to him in so that he can possibly learn that his employees need to notify customer when beginning work (especially first day) and that he will always net off vinyl pools before jackhammering concrete that is around them! Again I would like to stress that the job turned out beautiful and Luis was most polite and eager to satisfy his customer- Thank you, I have had many compliments on new pool surface and it truly is beautiful!

They did an excellent job, and were extremely quick! It shows that Louis cares about his customers as he communicated a lot with me during the entire process. He also followed up to ensure the sight was left clean & clear. The concrete truck left a pile of concrete at the edge of my driveway when they cleaned it out. I didn't notice it until it had already dried, however Luis brought his guys back out to break it up and get rid of it!

Not the cheapest quote I received, but sometimes the cheapest isn't the best. Well satisfied with the work and would highly recommend.

This project is going more smoothly than any of the 5 home improvement projects we've had since moving into our new 'old' house in March of this year. It is the last project on schedule because we did not want any traffic on new driveway. Because the general contractor for the other projects did so badly with scheduling, the driveway was pushed out over a month. The owner of Artistic Floor was very patient/polite and cooperative throughout the delays and when we were finally ready to start, we did not feel penalized because of the intrusion to his busy schedule. Workers showed up early each morning and worked through out the day. Of ALL the workers that have passed thru our house in the past 6 months, Artistic Floor workers worked harder and with better results than anyone else. The patio is beautiful w/decorative stone bench. Completely changed look of back yard.

Louis was so informative and professional that he kept us informed of each step. If he said he was going to be there at a certain time, he was, If he was going to be a little late I would get a phone call. His men were also very professional and they cleaned up everyday before they left. The job took about three days to complete. We have gotten so many compliments from people driving by and looking at the driveway. I would call Louis again if I needed something else done.

Based on very good reviews, I decided to get it touch with this company to quote a price for a driveway extension at my home. Luis was very quick to call and to come out and look at the proposed project. He gave me a rough verbal estimate and said he would email me a more detailed quote within a day or so. After over a week of no email I called Luis to make sure he had my email address correct etc. He verified that he had all my correct information and informed me that he had been very busy and I would receive the quote that day. That was over a month ago, still no quote. I have a hard time understanding why he would waste my time as well as his. If you don't want the job all you have to say is thanks, but no thanks.

Luis responded quickly to my 1st call, stopped same day to look at the job and give me an estimate. He followed up with an electronic (eSignable) bid. Artistic Floor's schedule originally needed 3 weeks lead time, but Luis fit the job in within 2 weeks. His team, led by Daniel were on time & on task, til the job was done. The driveway looks great. Luis followed up several times during & after the job. Great business to work with.

Luis was punctual and very professional and talked about several options for what I can do with my trees and concrete and what I can do with my driveway. His quote was very reasonable.

Luis Tabares handled the quotation of the job. I was very pleased with the service aspect of the job. Luis was on time and responded to my phone calls in a timely manner. I received my quote in the time frame in which it was promised. The quote was very competitive and Luis met with me prior to my acceptance of the quote to clarify some details of the work to be performed. Work was started within a few days of my acceptance of the quote. The crew showed up on time and stayed with the job until it was complete. Daniel, the foreman was very polite and responsive to my questions and concerns.The work exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this company.

Luis at Artistic Floor did a great job, underbid two other contractors and did a wonderful job. He never told me he couldn't adjust something that I wanted done differently or wasn't happy with and never charged me for any changes I wanted. He was easy to work with, on time, and did quality work.

Louis oversaw the project from beginning to finish. He assisted me in selecting the overlay pattern for the patio, prepared the concrete for the overlay and he and his team also installed a new sidewalk extending from the patio and installed an overlay on the sidewalk. They arrived a few minutes early and got right to work and knew just what was to be done. Friends and neighbors are very impressed and the improvement has added an exciting new dimension to my home.
