SCHMALZEL CONSTRUCTION

Description of Work: I had Schmalzel completely renovate my kitchen. They took out the dining room and expanded the kitchen. They took the entire kitchen to the studs and put it new hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, all new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. They also added a room to the back of the kitchen that is now the dining room. They did all the electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring and installation. After that was completed they tore out a bedroom and enlarged my master bedroom and added a new larger closet and storage in the bedroom. Then they tore out the bathroom and enlarged it and added ceramic tile, a new vanity (which they built) and a beautiful large storage unit (which they also built). It is beautiful. Yesterday they came and took out six doors downstairs and installed all new doors and painted them. Next week they are going to remodel our downstairs bathroom. I had that bathroom remodeled about 5 years ago and the workmanship was very poor quality and it just isn't holding up. Schmalzel Construction will always do whatever work we need done. Our house is an old home and it needed a lot of remodeling over the years. We have used several other contractors throughout the years but, never again. They really take pride their work and do an excellent job.
