+ -1 moreProcess took longer than I expected, however I never ask how long it would take. I'm extremely satisfied with restoration! I plan to have more restored. My chairs are way over 20 years old but now look brand new!

+ -1 moreThe reupholstered part of the work was adequate and as expected. The promise of 'the chairs will look like new', when the man doing the work failed to clean the chipped paint from the aluminum backings and restore / fix that part of the chairs. We were told 'and i quote: 'i could do that but it would be extra'. So, our problem was that the chairs did not 'look like new' as promised, and to get them to 'look like new' was going to cost more.
Description of Work: Reupholstered 3 beach balcony chairs (2 high chairs and 1 double seated rocker). The person doing the work told my husband that the chairs would 'look like new'

Description of Work: We had a very odd chair base that needed metal work. Mr. Brubach responded immediately. He just kept the chair base for a couple of months and I had to call and remind a couple of times. I'm sure it was such a small job for him. He preferred to pick up and deliver back; I believe his "shop" is no longer available. Very reasonable!

+ -1 moreIt turned out beautifully. Was worried because the set is at least 30 years old and wasn't sure it could be saved from the elements. Mark Brubach picked it up from my home, gave me an accurate estimate, called when he said he would to give me a status update, and then delivered it back to me when finished. I am very pleased with how it turned out. Ready for another 30 years of use!
