+ -1 moreI called three different companies, and although all called back, Bath Crest was the only one who answered the phone when I called. Service was excellent and will definitely recommend to others.

Description of Work: I called this provider last Weds asking for an estimate with regard to reglazing our large jetted bathtub. We spoke for a short while about the details and then made arrangements for an appt on Friday to come look at the tub in order to provide possible solutions and costs. Friday came and went with no appearance and no phone call to let me know he wasn't coming. Sunday night I sent an email through their website asking again for contact in order to make an appt. I received an email with an apology and was told he would call me the next day, Monday, in order to schedule an appt. I haven't heard from him since. I found another company (also with an "A" rating) who is more than willing to take the job and its scheduled for next week. Truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and courtesy from this provider. I will not recommend this company in the future.

+ -1 moreWell worth the wait.... Bath crest is a very busy company. When I called I was told that the first availability was 2 weeks out. I almost went with another company, but decided to use them due the stellar reviews everywhere on the web. I was not disappointed. They spent all day on my tub. The tub looked like it was brand new. Because my home is a rental he added texture to the bottom of the tub to make it non slip (no extra charge). He offers a 2 year warranty (residential) 1 year (commercial).
Description of Work: Repaired a really poorly job done by a competitor.

+ -1 moreVery good job, responsive, knows his stuff, professional. I had some issues with pre-existing grout (too deep, tile very close together, etc.) which had to be fixed before re-enamling the tub and surround. If you are told you need to do this - DO IT because if the grout lines are too deep or there are bits missing, it will mean that there could be dark gray spots (not a complete cover of grout and tile). I did not know this going into it but was very glad I was advised. The tub and surround look like new. There are a couple of spots that Corey said he will touch up when the bathroom work is done. I have every confidence he will do this - he is that sort of person. In any case, I highly recommend him and can vouch for excellent work, clean-up, and professionalism.

+ -1 moreHad 2 bathroom tubs that were really filthy. Tried cleaning myself with all sorts of cleaning agents and still had dark stains and looked awful. They came out and cleaned them with really good results. I didn't think they could ever look clean again, but looked really good. Would definitely recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe provider arrived on time as scheduled, looked at the crack and provided an estimate. As the estimate was much less than I expected we agreed to have him do the work, which he performed the same day in less than an hour. The tub looked brand new when it was repaired.

+ -1 moreCory Nelson evaluated the tub in my guest bath and suggested refinishing the bottom only instead of the entire tub - thus saving quite a bit of money. The work was done quickly and seems excellent. He cleaned up all the dust from sanding the old finish, etc. Very professional and friendly.

I was looking for a way to do my bathrooms without paying a lot of money. Bath Crest was recommended by a company I talked with. I called Josh and he came out to give me an estimate. He completed the work to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Josh refinish my bathtub and Corey did the grout on the walls and floor in the bathroom. They did a good job.
