+ -1 moreThey've done quite a bit for us. They are top notch in my opinion. They come when they say they will. They have replaced 2 systems for us. The last time he was here, he solved the problem without any parts or anything and didn't charge me anything.
Description of Work: We had a condensation problem on one of the vents, unrelated to anything he had done for us before, but I thought it might have been. He came out and checked it out. It was a bathroom exhaust fan that wasn't installed properly when the house was built, He caulked it in and then came down inside the home and did something there and didn't charge me.

Everything ran fine for a year, these are old units, So a year later he came and replaced one of the units, and everything was fine for another couple of years and the other one went out. I checked around with other companies, and with other neighbors, and his price was very good.
Description of Work: He repaired one of the outside A/C units. He fixed the fan.

+ -1 moreThey started work in June and finished last week. They were professional. The actual installation went fine, but their customer service was not very good. They didn't show up when they said they were going to and didn't return calls when they said they would. I did a lot of sitting around waiting for them. They were competitively priced, but I wouldn't use them again. It was just too frustrating.
Description of Work: I used Custom Duct Heating and Air for installation of heating and air conditioning.
