Description of Work: We had moisture in our crawlspace, and needed to encapsulate it. This also involved purchasing a dehumidifier, and getting it connected to AC. Best Breathing did the encapsulation and set up the dehumidifier, but they do not touch electricity - so that was done by an electrician. Best Breathing was more expensive than the other bids we received, but I liked the the 5 year warranty on the dehumidifier, and the home inspections they would preform as part of their proposal( 7 over the next 5 years)to make sure everything was working properly. They were punctual(actually arrived early) and completed the job within 4 hours. I asked many questions while they were working(there were 3 guys on the job)and after the job was completed, and feel satisfied that what they did will correct my problem. Only time will tell! Kidding aside, would definitely recommend Best Breathing.

Description of Work: Cleaned mold from crawl space and sealed space.

Description of Work: I had a mold and toxic spore problem at my condo on the Beach due to the unit being closed more than it was open. I spoke to three potential vendors and Best Breathing was the lowest of the three on the phone and was much more responsive in setting up a free estimate. Because I had a tight travel schedule, the owner, Gerrid Clark, was accommodating and was able to fit in a visit quickly. He took samples to send to a laboratory for evaluation, gave me an explanation as to what he thought the problem was, and gave me an estimate as to what the remediation would cost which included a two year guarantee and two follow-up services - one each year . We set up a tentative February 15 schedule for the remediation, assuming the lab evaluation proved that there were problems (it did). Gerrid was prompt on February 15, the service was performed in about 7 - 8 hours. The remediation process included wiping the walls, flooring, counters, furniture, etc with anti-mold fluids to rid the spores and subsequent odors.

Description of Work: Gerrid and his crew performed a complete encapsulation of my crawl space. They removed and treated for mold under my house as well as in my HVAC ductwork and replaced all my insulation . They installed two french drain systems with sump pumps and a dehumidifier.

I would highly recommend that he be used by anyone that has had some type of Water Damage in their home. He goes beyond the call of duty and is very helpful and professional. Description of Work: I paid for a Crawl space encapsulation. I am very pleased with my experience with Best Breathing. Gerrid and his crew is true professional. I hate when you hire people and things are done to a minimum standard. This cannot be said about Best Breathing; not only do they do what was agree upon, but they do it with attention to detail and take that extra step to please the customer. For instance, I notice that they fix the door to my crawl space and clean up some debris that was in the area from some other contractors or “professional”. For me it is the small things that tell me if the contractor cares, I don’t know the technical requirements but I know when someone cares. Description of Work: a young man came out from best breathing and gave us a inspection under our home..We had a good amount of standing water in our crawlspace and a foul smells inside the home,along with wet insulation.He gave a estimate wich was our 3rd estimate and we decided to go with best breathing. they came out the very next morning and got rid of the water under the house put a vapor barrier under the house and replaced our insulation and the next day the smell was gone and so were my problems we are just tickled pink they did just what they said they were gonna do thank you guys it was nice to have met you.God bless
