Great service and they did a good job but while replacing some floors soon afterwards, we found some mold remaining on the joists that should have been cleaned off. They were quick to respond and fix the problem.

The technician Jared was wonderful.

Gerred, was very plesant to talk with. cleaned all of my air ducts left no mess! would hire him in the future.

These guys are extremely professional and caring. I had a stopped up dryer Vent and when the tech left, air was moving freely again. I highly recommend Best Breathing.

Our Community flooded after Hurricane Matthew and Best Breathing was Johnny on the Spot! They did a wonderful job on the demolition. Gerrid and Angela were the best to work with. They are both very nice, professional, and eager to please. I would use them time and time again if we ever needed them. I actually did call them back to do our Mold Testing once our units were back together! All I can say they are excellent. You won't be disappointed!

We had our dryer vent and heating ducts cleaned. Angela was very pleasant on the phone and the technician was on time and pleasant to deal with . He asked if we had any questions before he left.

Best Breathing was very accommodating with our schedule. After making the initial appointment with Angela we needed to reschedule. I called Angela on a Sunday afternoon to change the schedule and it was not an issue. Gerrid showed up for the appointment. Cannot say enough about his professionalism and demeanor. He explained the testing procedure, the reasoning behind the outdoor control samples and what the interior air testing could reveal. He took the time to answer all of our questions regarding what actions might be needed should the test results prove to be positive for mold, air born contaminates, etc. He explained what treatments might be needed based on the air quality findings. He did not oversell any other services offered by Best Breathing. He was honest and forthright with all of the information. When the Air Quality test came back with no significant issues needing addressed he explained what services, treatments or products were available should we decide to have something done in the future. We definitely recommend using Best Breathing

Excellent customer service for water mitigation, mold testing, and mold removal. They cut out my wet and/or moldy drywall that required removal, but only took what needed to come out. Gerrid and his team were prompt, caring, genuine, and provided excellent service. They even came back to help me out AFTER I had already paid them for assistance with my sump pump. Recommend highly and completely! (Homeowner in Pawleys Island).
