We arrived at our condo late on a Friday afternoon only to find mold everywhere. We contact Best Breathing 8am Saturday morning and Gerrid Clark was onsite assessing the problem 90 minutes later! By 4pm Sunday afternoon, the entire condo was remediated with no sign of residual mold anywhere. Gerrid Clark is professional, articulate, extremely knowledgeable and showed honest concern for the issue we were dealing with. Our condo had been completely gutted and renovated 12 months ago and we were devastated at this point. I can't imagine anyone else that would have put a team together and remediated my condo so quickly and especially on a Sunday. This is an organization that puts the customer first! I can't say enough about Best Breathing and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation! You will not be diappointed.

After a full inspection, I needed my crawl space encapsulated as well as mold treatment on the second floor of my home. Mr. Clark and his team were thorough and professional. When I had questions or concerns, Mr. Clark was always listened, was kind and supportive, and responded as quickly as possible. After treatment on the upstairs, the mold count went from unbelievably high to unbelievably low! I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend Best Breathing.

They scheduled me for the next day at 9am. The technician was here as scheduled and did a n excellent job!. No more stale odor!!!!!

Gerrid was punctual, explained everything he was doing. He was efficient and followed safety precautions. The job was completed to my expectations. He advised us to replace some vent covers. He offered follow up and additional services. Best Breathing is interested in return business. He did not make a mess. The price was very reasonable. On the question listed above about what type service was done I notice cleaning and maid service was typed in for me. That service was not performed.

We contacted the company during the extreme flooding in SC. They kept their appt and commitment to us even though they were extremely busy and demand was great. Technician was professional and proficient.

After repeated follow-up phone calls, technician showed up 4 hours late. Did not clean up stuff from overhead registers which fell on furniture and floor; said that was homeowners responsibility.
