negligent negligent negligent!!!! This company did work on the house we bought. The area where they did the work is completely caving in!!!! i have two small children that can’t even play in the back yard because they won’t come back to fix it!!!!!! tried calling them and they stopped taking my calls no response to messages. DON’T hire them they don’t take responsibility for their work, nor do they have any Accountability for their work😡🤬😤😡🤬 Just terrible

Early call to Jones Saturday morning. After reading prior review we decided to give them a call. Answered right away and put us on the schedule for 12:30. Gene called (owner) and said he would be there in 10 minutes and showed up at 11:30. Great service not only did he pump out the tank but hosed it down and cleaned it out as well. Great company to deal with. We couldn't ask for better service on the weekend. His price was the going rate and also helpful tips for upkeep in the future.

He did an excellent job and it was a very reasonable price. He was quick to get back to me and came when he stated he would. I used him from a recommendation from a neighbor.
