Excellent quality work. Keeps appointments on time and responds promptly to phone calls. Did exactly what was requested and did not try to up-sell. All work done by owner (master plumber) and 1 assistant. Provided feedback on options when I requested. Used fixtures & parts supplied by me. Flexible - at my request, did job over 3 days 7 months apart. No complaints about my time-line or request for any payment before job done in full. Very fair price for 21 hours of labor and several hundred dollars in small parts + piping.
Description of Work: Removed 2 old water heaters, converted system to only 1 water heater & installed new unit. Re-plumbed major bath renovation: conversion from shower to tub, installed large cast iron tub, drop-in sink to pedestal sink, R&R toilet. Also added utility sink including new supply lines, new drain, etc.

Long standing expert recommended by many. Can come off as grumpy but gets the job done. Once sold me a furnace part out of his house on a Sunday, so I could get my heat back on. Price is high for service calls.
Description of Work: Cleaned gas furnace. Replaced thermostat.
