Description of Work: I bought a typical patio house and wanted it renovated. As most of the work was going to be wood--new bamboo floors, a new maple kitchen, and then two new bathrooms I was looking for a licensed carpenter who understood my vision. Todd and I acted together as contractor. He had the kitchen gutted, designed and ordered the maple cabinets, installed them and the new fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave. He found granite at an excellent price and had it installed. I ordered bamboo in two colors. Todd decided to put them on a diagonal and they rock. He supervised the painting of the whole house and put in the kitchen backsplash. he gave away the old appliances as I asked and put in a new washer/dryer Todd found an excellent tile man and my bathrooms and sun room went from having carpet to beautiful tile My yard was a mess. Todd made a wrap around deck. It turned out that I had a thousand square usable feet. Nobody would have known before. Now it's a showplace. He built fireplace mantel, desk for my office and bureau and front bed table--all gorgeous Todd "harassed" me into ordering lighting. he remembered each place that it was needed--including under counter lighting in the kitchen.
