This was the most disgusting service I have ever seen and I question the legality of some of the things that happened. She has left Prudential and gone to work for another company. After we listed the house we didn't hear much from her for two weeks, except for her to call us and get the price reduced. She actually brought us an offer that was not a legitimate offer. She and everybody else signed a paper saying that a $5,000 earnest money check was in their possession, when in fact, it was not. She even said it was not. She said that if the couple needed to they would overnight it when they went back to Pennsylvania. As it worked out this same couple that brought us this illegitimate offer ended up buying a house from her where she made a much higher commission than trying to work with us. We tried to get out of the contract a couple of months before it ended. She had more things that she wanted to try which were also untrue, so we wasted basically 6 months. As far as I'm concerned anybody associated with her I would never have anything to do with again.
