+ -1 moreI hired Ms. Westbrook out of an ad in the paper. Big mistake. I wanted to create an investment relationship with her but she bid way too high. I found out there is a HUD site that you can see others bids. She knew I bid too high but she got her measly commission but lost out on an 10 or 20 year investment relationship. Her professionalism at the closing table was terrible. I walked out of the office without saying anything to her after the closing and she hasn't even called me after my moved in.
Description of Work: I hired Ms. Westbrook to help me locate a HUD home. She placed a bid for me and closed the deal. My home is a 1900 square feet and it has 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths with 2 stories.
