Mr. B's Small Engine Repair

I took my weedater in for repair and I check back every week for six weeks to see if it was ready. On my last visit, I stopped by and asked that the weedeater be returned to me. The technician said for me to wait a minute. He went to the back of the shop, picked up my weedeater and then went over to the computer. He came back to the counter and told me he could fix the weedeater but he needed to get a part. I told him that it was too late and that I wanted my weedeater return to me. He said it would cost me $25.00 since he had diagnosed the problem. I paid the $25.00 and left. It will be the last dollar he ever gets from me. I would driver 50 miles out of my way before I would go back to this dealer for anything. I gave them the benefit fo the doubt the first time when they had put epoxy on a cracked gas tank rather than replacing it. The first time was a mistake, the second time was a habit. I took the weedeater to another small engine business where the gas line was replaced and the gas tank was replaced for a little over $30.00. I would never trust this company to work on any of me equipment in the future.
