+ 0 moreEach time they came out to defrost and repair the refrigerator I had of course water laying on my laminate flooring. What I did not realize was how much damage was being caused over a period of 6 months. Those floors are ruined and I am now in the process of having to pay for new flooring again. I would say all in all my purchase and the waste of food and now new flooring was extremely expensive, not to mention the frustration involved. Then my Mechanic told me his story about Hall's.
Description of Work: I purchase a newer used refrigerator from them last summer. It froze up 4-5 times and each times they responded in a day or 2 but I then had to throw out all my food. I finally asked them to give me my money back and they would not. But I said then I need a refrigerator that actualy works. He told me they had one silver one that would be 2 weeks before he could actually get it to me. So what was I suppossed to go without a refrigerator for 2 weeks? I did get one but it was nothing like the first one. One was Silver and I ended up with a black one. The flooring wil cost me. Since this experience and because I am going to sell my unit I am going with vinyl I priced some recently cheaper than what I had and I was quoted $1200.00. The used refrigerator was $375.00 Food waste $300.00

+ -1 moreWe had no warranty on the fridge or the house, yet Hall's stepped up and admitted the fridge was the kind that breaks down often. The technician seemed chagrined by it. I wish the previous owners hadn't stuck us with it, but at least it's running again. The service technician was prompt, efficient, and honest.
Description of Work: We bought a house and learned that the used fridge inside it had been purchased from Hall's a month prior to us moving in. It broke, and I called Hall's to service it. Even though we didn't buy the fridge ourselves, Hall's did the right thing and came out to fix it for free, on a Saturday.

+ -1 moreI was happy to find someone not too far away. I had difficulty finding someone at first. One company I called referred me to Hall Appliance since it would be closer.
Description of Work: My Whirlpool washing machine was not running correctly. Machine started to agitate before any water was added and not draining correctly. Repairman came and knew immediately what was wrong. He ordered the part needed and came back a few days later to install it.
