Perfect. They arrived on time. The vent elbow was dislodged. Matthew took the time to get the elbow connected correctly and cleaned the vent.

Matthew came out and checked the dryer vent to see why the hot air was venting inside . They found problem with the outside vent and cleared the vent passage way . He is planning to return with a new outside vent since the other is broken away and in pieces . They did a great job with a reasonable price . I will tell everyone how great they are

A+. We were having issues with our LG dryer, which showed an error code that indicated the dryer vent was 90% blocked! We called Matthew and he took great care of us. He cleaned both sides of the vents and found a bird's nest had plugged the dryer vent. It's unreal how much lint and debris came out of the vent! Matthew was very pleasant, courteous and did an awesome job. He's super reasonable as well. If you need your dryer vent serviced, Matthew is who you should call. We will definitely use him again and plan on calling him out yearly, to make sure our dryer vent isn't obstructed. Highly recommended!

Gentleman was hired by my neighbor to fix her dryer vent. Only access to do this was on my property (townhomes). Through his repair he disconnected my AC breaker box causing my AC to stop working mid summer at 8:30pm. Called him and he would not come out to look at it saying it was not his fault. Had to have 10 month old infant daughter sleep downstairs in the coolest part of the house until emergency tech would come out the following morning causing me to miss work. Was charged $100 service fee. Have called him multiple times to ask for reimbursement. Have been sworn at, hung up on and screamed at. This is not how you run a business. Have already filed a complaint to the BBB. Gentleman not even hired to do work for me broke my AC unit due to his own negligence and will not reimburse me for the service fee I had to pay for to get it fixed.

We were having a problem and Matt found the problem and fixed it. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. I will definitely call him again and give his name to others. The bonus to it all is that he is an Iraqi Veteran.

Matthew attached a fan to the dryer vent in the house and outside he used a wire brush to capture all the lint, etc. that had accumulated in the dryer vent to outside the house. Wow. there was a LOT of lint and stuff in the vent. He reattached the dryer hookup in the house and cleaned up and then ran the dryer for a few minutes to test it. He also cleaned up all the lint, etc. outside the house. I will definitely have him return next year.

Matthew was on time. Job took 45 minutes. He took me up on my roof and explained how lint could plug up my vent. Showed me how to remove the lint near the outside vent. He then cleaned my vent piping with his tool that goes all the way up or down, depending on your set-up, with a brush attached to his hand tool. He cleaned up after himself so I had nothing to clean up. He was friendly, polite, and very informative. I will call him next year to do this job again, HIGHLY recommended by me.

Evans Dryer Vent Service cleaned my 2nd floor, extremely clogged, 25' dryer vent pipe Mr. Evans completed the work himself. He was very efficient and very thorough. In addition, he cleaned up all vent debris which blew outside and swept old dust from under and behind the dryer. His prices were very reasonable, and were, in fact, the most reasonable I found in this area. I very highly recommend Evans Dryer Vent Service and plan to use his service again when needed.

Matthew was on time and very professional. Our new dryer was to be delivered on Friday and he came the day before, it was great! He explained how the installer of the dryer would have to attach the vent and left a part for the installer. When the installer arrived the next day he actually did not have the equipment needed to do the dryer vent. I called Matthew, and he was so kind and understanding, he offered to come out that evening, but,it would of been a long drive...so he came first thing Sat. morning. Coming out a second time, I thought would really be expensive, however, it was more than reasonable. I will be having him come every year in the future to clean the dryer vent. The dryer has been working great! Thanks to Matthew!

Matthew show up on time. He was really nice and helpful. He found the problem with the pipe for my dryer and fix it. He also find out that the air was blowing in my attic and not outside.
